Possibly user error. But can't share or download video off the app directly to my phone. Video great quality would be nice to be able to share. Once it's in the files on mobile the only option I have is to delete. I have to remove the SD card and download it to a separate share drive that I can access from my phone. Unnecessary extra steps. But first world problems.

the app does not adjust for font size. If you have it on anything large, then you won't get past the info screen telling you it's been updated. I didn't realize that this was a problem until I tried it on a tablet and was finally able to clear it and use the app. It seems to work, but I haven't tried to download video yet.

bought these dual sport camera s worked for a day just to align cameras can't get anything back on this app .can't view cameras tried uninstalling app then rebooted everything.says connected then when try to view camera selection it disconnects.Not a happy & there's no support to ask for help.Do Not waste your $
